Shower steamers are a great way to uplift your mood while opening your airways! Each shower steamer is filled with essential oils targeted for specific aromatherapy as well as menthol to clear your breathing. Headache blend is for alleviating headache pain.
Directions: Place one shower steamer on the floor of your shower or on the ledge. Place out of direct water. As the water splashes it, the steamer will start to dissolve and the oils will be released into the air. Steamer will last about 15 minutes.
Safety: Do not use steamer in the bath tub. Wash hands immediately after touching steamer--the menthol will burn your sensitive areas if touched!
